Avenida de Maceo
The Malecón is an esplanade, roadway, and seawall dating back to 1901. Stretching eight kilometers along central Havana’s north side, it serves as a popular promenade for Habaneros and local fisherman. Waves crashing into the seawall are one of the iconic sights and sounds of this dynamic city.
