Maratonu
Beginning in Asia and crossing the Bosphorus into Europe, the Istanbul Marathon has been run annually since 1978. The 42.195 km route passes through some of the city’s most beautiful sites. The race ends near the historic Hagia Sophia, which was built in 537 and remained the world’s largest cathedral for over one thousand years.
