Boulders Beach is located in Simon’s Town on the Cape Peninsula in South Africa. It is a popular place for visitors due to the colony of African Penguins that live there. This rare and endangered penguin are only found on the coastlines of Southern Africa and are commonly referred to as ‘Jackass’ penguins because their unique call can resemble a donkey.
