Point Loma is a rugged peninsula, known for Cabrillo National Monument, a park with trails, tide pools and exhibits on California history. Sunset Cliffs Natural Park is a popular area for residents and visitors to watch the ocean waves crash into the cliff barren shores. This sound was recorded off the west coast of Point Loma.
